Return of Products
General Return Policy
No matter what the return issue is, you must call deMarks Studios' customer service, at 800/399-2394 between 9 - 5 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, before any returns will be honored. Before you return the product you must receive the proper authorization on all returns. When you call you will receive a special return code to put on the package. USPS may be used for the return.
We will request an e-mail stating why the product is being returned. The email must explicitly state what the problem with the returned item was.
It is our policy that most of the time we will not refund you for purchases made. Most of the time we will give you an in store credit. The only exception to this policy is returns of defective CD's.
PLEASE NOTE: All non-authorized returns will be refused.
Returns for Credit
Manufacturers Defects:
Any item found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge, shipping or otherwise, to our customers for up to 15 days after date of purchase.
We cannot offer refunds on CD'S. CD'S can be returned for in-store credit, but only if un-opened and in original condition. CD’s must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Please remember to call and receive a special return code to place on the address label.
Refunds for Downloaded Product:
We cannot offer refunds on CD downloads. If there is a problem with a CD download, we will e-mail you a direct link
